Parks and Playgrounds

The Council’s six parks or playgrounds are situated in Ynysygerwn, Cilfrew, Cadoxton, Caewern, Leiros Parc and Bryncoch.

Waunceirch District Park provides an area for sports activities and informal recreation, whilst there is a football pitch at Cilfrew Park and a kickabout area in Cadoxton Park.

Use of the facilities at Waunceirch and Cilfrew for organised sporting activities are subject to a hire charge to offset maintenance costs.  The charges are detailed on the Hiring and Bookings page.  Enquiries should be directed to, and bookings can be made through, the Clerk to the Council.
